Account Director

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Account Director to lead client relationships and manage complex projects across our roster. This is a senior role, but it's not a "manage from a distance" role; you'll lead a team and still roll up your sleeves when the work calls for it.
Responsibilities Own client relationships end to end.
Serve as the strategic lead across multiple accounts.
Lead and develop an account team.
Manage complex, multi-faceted projects from kickoff to delivery.
Jump in wherever the work needs you; this isn't a title-only role.
Qualifications 10-12+ years of ad agency account experience, with a track record of managing teams and complex projects.
Required Skills You've built client relationships that last because clients trust you, not just because you hit deadlines.
You're comfortable wearing different hats and shifting gears fast; priorities change here, and you roll with it instead of fighting it.
You lead people well, but you're not afraid to do the work yourself when needed.
