Part-Time Marketing & Business Development Intern

SmileCycle RCM is a growing dental revenue cycle management company helping dental practices strengthen their billing operations and keep their revenue moving. We support practices with claims, insurance follow-up, A/R management, denials, payment posting, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and RCM reporting. As we grow, I’m looking for someone who can help get SmileCycle in front of more dental practices and generate new business.
What You’ll Do Research and generate prospective dental clients
Make outbound calls and send emails
Follow up with leads and help schedule consultations
Assist with LinkedIn and Instagram marketing
Help develop creative sales and marketing campaigns
Track prospects and follow-ups
Help build brand awareness and generate new clients

Dental experience is NOT required. I can teach you dental RCM. I’m looking for someone with the personality, confidence, drive, and willingness to learn.
Compensation $17/hour + $150-$300 commission per new client + 90-day retention bonuses. Bring in 5 qualifying clients in one quarter and earn an additional $300 bonus.
This is a great opportunity for a college student looking for hands-on experience in marketing, sales, business development, and client acquisition.
