THE ROLE

Paid social is one of our fastest-growing acquisition channels - and we need someone who knows it inside and out. As our Social Media Ads Manager, you'll own NoGigiddy's paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest, driving high-quality traffic at efficient costs. No degree required - your track record and results do the talking.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
Conduct audience testing - lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting
REQUIREMENTS

No degree required
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager - TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows
