Required Skills & Experience

Building large-scale, consumer-facing websites with high traffic volumes and strong performance expectations.\nDeveloping modern HTML/JavaScript applications that integrate with REST APIs and backend services.\nCreating reusable UI components, shared libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.\nDesigning, implementing, and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments using tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, EXP, Control Tower, or similar experimentation platforms.\nUsing analytics and telemetry platforms to measure customer behavior and validate experiment outcomes.\nPartnering with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to define hypotheses, success metrics, and implementation plans.\nExperience working within Agile teams using Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable engineering workflows.\nStrong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization, and maintainable front-end architecture.

Job Description

We are looking for a Web UI Engineer who combines strong front-end engineering skills with a deep understanding of web experimentation and data-driven product development. This individual will build and maintain customer-facing experiences for one of the world's largest global gaming franchises, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and scalable web experiences for millions of players worldwide.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, while also translating product hypotheses into measurable A/B and multivariate experiments. They should be comfortable owning features end-to-end, from implementation and API integration through experimentation, telemetry validation, analytics review, and production release.
