About the role

Chime is seeking an experienced Creative Director to develop brand-defining campaigns. This role will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, crafting captivating narratives, and executing innovative marketing strategies across various channels, including TV, social activations, brand partnerships, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative agency work, a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns, and the ability to lead a talented team of art directors, designers, and copywriters.

In this role, you can expect to

Create a vision for the Chime brand that translates into powerful and authentic storytelling that drives awareness/consideration

Develop and execute a creative vision for what our brand looks and feels like through integrated marketing campaigns, TV, activations, social campaigns, and partnerships across all channels.

Champion bold ideas and creative approaches to telling Chime’s stories and more deeply connecting with Chime’s members

To thrive in this role, you have

A deep passion for building brands with a results-oriented mindset

8+ years in creative leadership, with at least 5 years in a leadership position building brand-level work

Deep understanding of advanced AI tools to support the creative process.
