Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Cleveland Canvass is expanding its team and looking for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant who wants to build practical experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

You’ll work directly on client campaigns at retail and event locations across the Cleveland area. The role combines marketing, customer engagement, and sales — introducing campaigns to customers, building interest, answering questions, and helping turn conversations into new sales and customer acquisitions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Representing client campaigns at retail and event locations
Starting conversations and engaging with customers face-to-face
Introducing products, services, and current campaign offers
Answering questions and identifying customer interest
Contributing to sales and customer acquisition goals
Working alongside the team to deliver strong campaign results
Developing practical marketing, communication, and sales skills

Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need an extensive marketing background to be considered. We’re looking for people who communicate well, enjoy interacting with others, and are motivated to develop new skills.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or events can translate particularly well, but we’re also open to candidates earlier in their careers who show confidence, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Weekly base pay plus additional performance-related earnings

This is a full-time, in-person position in Cleveland and involves regular face-to-face interaction with customers at retail and event locations. It is not a remote or hybrid position.
