Web Design and UX Consultant

To enhance vaccination campaign planning, the full-time Web Design and UX Consultant will develop user experiences and information architecture for a cloud-based geospatial microplanning platform, ensuring usability for diverse public health teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Conduct user research and needs assessments to identify critical tasks and barriers for platform users
Design information architecture and interaction flows to facilitate data visualization and operational processes
Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes and document design specifications for the platform's development

Required qualifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
At least three years of experience in web design, UX/UI, and user research, ideally in public health contexts
Proficiency in user experience design, information architecture, and prototyping tools
Advanced Spanish or English; working knowledge of the other language is an advantage
Experience with usability testing and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
