About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events.

Key responsibilities:

Produce a number of international events per year

Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics

Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers

Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events

Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition

Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
Essential:

18 months + commercial conference production

Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines

Self-motivated with great time management skills

Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills

Strong copy writing – able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences

Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics

Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
