Qualifications

Bachelorâ€s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

12+ years of experience in retail media, digital marketing, eCommerce, or integrated media roles

Proven experience developing and executing retail media strategies across major retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel)

Strong ability to translate brand and commercial objectives into effective retail media activation plans that deliver measurable business results

Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and the role of retail media within the broader media ecosystem

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated retail media strategies across key retail partners to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth

Partner closely with Brand, eCommerce, and Customer Development teams as well as with our agency partner to translate commercial priorities into actionable retail media plans

Manage retail media investment strategy and budget allocation, optimizing spend across platforms and tactics to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets

Develop and implement robust performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness

Leverage first-party, retailer, and third-party data to inform audience strategies, targeting, and personalization efforts across retail media platforms
