Key responsibilities
Review large amounts of raw footage to identify compelling characters and storylines
Craft clear narratives with strong openings and satisfying payoffs while making creative structural decisions
Edit various content formats, utilizing music and sound design to enhance emotional impact and storytelling
Required qualifications
A minimum of 2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in social-first or short-form content
Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to shape compelling stories from raw footage
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and experience with sound design and graphics
Deep understanding of the pacing and language of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to feedback in a fast-paced environment
