Equinox is a nonprofit organization in the Capital Region seeking a Director of Development & Marketing to lead donor relations, fundraising strategy, and communications. You will report to the CEO and sit on the Leadership Team, guiding a team across donor relations, marketing, events, and volunteer management.
You will drive annual fundraising campaigns, grants, and special events, while building relationships with individuals, foundations and corporations.
