Key Responsibilities Business Transformation Leadership
Design the blueprint for transformation by aligning people processes and technology capabilities
Ensure transformations prioritize high-quality user and consumer experiences
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex programs to ensure strategic goals are met on time and at scale
CXO Relationship Management Advisory
Serve as the primary point of contact for Business and IT CXOs CEO CTO CIO CMO bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy
Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling business narratives that highlight ROI and long-term value
Strategic Technology Consolidation
Audit and evaluate fragmented technology ecosystems to design platform consolidation strategies that reduce technical debt and operational silos
Advise clients on shifting from legacy architectures to unified scalable cloud native or hybrid environments
Lead the technology workstream in merger and acquisition MA scenarios ensuring seamless integration of disparate platforms data sets and workflows
Develop Day 1 through Day 100 integration roadmaps to minimize disruption while maximizing synergy realization
Build comprehensive business cases for largescale transformation initiatives
Define and track Key Performance Indicators KPIs to demonstrate the success of consulting engagements
AI Strategy Innovation
Identify and advocate for opportunities to infuse Artificial Intelligence AI and Generative AI across the ME value chain
Govern the ethical and practical implementation of AI to ensure it drives measurable business outcomes
Required Qualification Experience 15 years of experience in management consulting or professional services with at least 8 years dedicated to the Media Entertainment sector Broadcasting Streaming Gaming or Studio Production
Education MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred
Domain Expertise Broadcast and Operations
Expertise in both linear and nonlinear operations including global distribution models
Mastery of channel playout scheduling traffic and automation systems
Experience designing and optimizing high pressure workflows for live events news and sports broadcasting
Strong understanding of regionalization compliance standards and international regulations affecting content delivery
Technology Expertise Deep understanding of the ME supply chain including Content Management Systems CMS Digital Asset Management DAM OTT Streaming tech stacks and AdTech
Leadership Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio of consulting business
Communication Exceptional storytelling skills the ability to simplify the complex and influence stakeholders at the highest levels of an organization
