We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for an Account Executive, Brands to join our team.

The Role

As an Account Executive, Brands for the U.S. market, your primary objective is to identify, engage, and convert leading product brands, manufacturers, and suppliers into long-term ArchiPro partners.

You will play a key role in growing ArchiPro’s presence across the United States by building relationships with premium product companies across categories such as kitchens, bath, furniture, lighting, surfaces, outdoor, appliances, textiles, and home technology.

This role is focused on new business development and brand acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying brands that align with ArchiPro’s positioning, including companies already featured on notable residential projects, brands with strong industry recognition, and businesses looking to reach architects, designers, and affluent homeowners.

You will lead the full sales process from outreach through close, onboarding, and ongoing account growth. This includes selling both platform memberships and media opportunities, requiring an understanding of advertising, audience targeting, analytics, digital marketing performance, and ROI.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with commercial sophistication. It is an externally facing sales role focused on driving revenue and expanding ArchiPro's network of premium brand partners in the U.S. market.

You should be comfortable discussing media packages, audience engagement, campaign performance, digital visibility, and lead generation with senior marketing and sales stakeholders.

Each day, you will balance strategy, precision, and persistence, supported by our technology stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.

Core Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and onboard target product brands, manufacturers, and suppliers that align with ArchiPro’s positioning and audience
  • Prioritize companies that are well known within the architecture and design community, have been featured on notable projects, or have a strong presence in the residential market
  • Develop targeted account lists across categories including furniture, lighting, kitchens, bath, appliances, surfaces, textiles, outdoor, and home technology
  • Drive new business acquisition through thoughtful outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling

Outreach Execution

  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and in-person meetings where relevant
  • Consistently generate qualified meetings and convert leads into active clients
  • Personalize outreach based on brand profile, market position, project relevance, geography, and product category

Client Onboarding

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure every new client has a seamless onboarding experience
  • Help clients understand how to maximize the value of the platform from day one
  • Ensure profiles, product listings, and media opportunities are positioned for success

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with brand leaders, marketing executives, sales teams, founders, and other senior stakeholders across the product supplier ecosystem
  • Develop relationships with other relevant decision-makers and cross-functional leaders within target organizations
  • Position yourself as a strategic partner who can help brands increase visibility, generate leads, strengthen their positioning, and better connect with architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to support engagement, retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term value
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ArchiPro in the U.S. market

Event Representation

  • Represent ArchiPro at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and design community gatherings
  • Build awareness and credibility with key industry audiences
  • Support relationship development before, during, and after events

Market Feedback & Reporting

  • Provide leadership with regular feedback on market trends, competitive activity, client sentiment, and sales performance
  • Share insights that can help refine positioning, pricing, messaging, and product-market fit
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the playbook for scaling ArchiPro across additional U.S. markets
  • Identify patterns, best practices, and lessons learned that can improve efficiency and performance
  • Contribute to the development of outreach strategy, ICP definitions, account prioritization, and sales processes

Systems & Process Excellence

  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene, ensuring every touchpoint, note, task, and next step is accurately logged
  • Manage pipeline stages with precision and keep forecasting up to date
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies, targeting, account prioritization, and relationship-building efforts across HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related tools

Must-Haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead conversations by phone, Zoom, and in person
  • Experience selling media, digital advertising, SaaS, marketplace, or membership-based products
  • Strong understanding of media terminology, digital marketing, analytics, lead generation, campaign performance, and ROI conversations
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Familiarity with CRM and prospecting platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Coachable, ambitious, and motivated by achieving goals
  • Interest in architecture, design, interiors, media, luxury, or related industries

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships within the architecture, interior design, construction, product supplier, shelter media, or luxury brand industries
  • Experience selling to CMOs, heads of marketing, brand leaders, sales leaders, or founders
  • Experience attending or working industry events and trade shows
  • Prior experience in media, publishing, ad tech, design industry sales, or luxury brand partnerships

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 USD per year + Uncapped Commission (Specific compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other job-related factors).
