SR. PRODUCTION ARTIST - Children's Apparel

This person will be responsible for contributing to the development of Girls and Boys apparel.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally to stay in-line with business needs and current retail market trends.
Create Factory ready production art sheets for graphics, prints and trim
Create specs for hangtags and labels
Work with design team to ensure BOMs and graphic print details are aligned
Work with production team to review strike-offs, make comments and tweak artwork as necessary
Self-manage workload to meet all deadlines
Attend cross-functional meetings
Create seasonal color cards
Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop.
Bachelor’s degree in communication arts/ design
Managing the assistant(s)
5 plus years of experience in fashion (children’s experience preferred)
Knowledge of textile repeats is a plus
Knowledge of fabrications and technique capabilities a plus
NYC in-office job
65—75k poss flex benefits/ PTO / 401k
