Senior Enterprise Account Manager Handraise is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our enterprise customers after the sale.
You will become the primary strategic and commercial partner for some of the world's largest brands, ensuring they realize meaningful value from Handraise, renew their partnerships, and expand the platform across teams, use cases, and business units.
This is not a traditional support role. You will work directly with senior Communications, PR, and Marketing leaders to understand their priorities, demonstrate measurable value, and turn successful customer relationships into long-term enterprise partnerships.
You'll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and company leadership. You will also help build the account management processes, playbooks, and standards that support Handraise as we scale.
If you can build trust with senior executives, identify growth opportunities, navigate complex organizations, and take ownership without waiting for a playbook, this role is for you.
