Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness, enabling studios to grow beyond in-person classes. You will own Arketa’s paid acquisition engine, primarily Meta and Google, and work directly in accounts with a small pod of specialists to optimize campaigns and scale growth.
We expect hands-on operators who leverage tooling and AI to analyze performance, generate ad creative, and automate workflows. This hybrid role is based in NYC with a 3-day‑per‑week office presence.
