Content Creator & Social Media Manager

KS Team , one of the leading real estate teams in the DC Metro area, is looking for a creative, results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring our brand to life through engaging, high-quality content.
What You’ll Own Develop and execute organic social and content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Own the content calendar, publishing cadence, and campaign execution
Produce and edit short-form video, social graphics, and platform-specific creative
Develop compelling social copy, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
Conduct trend and competitive research to identify new content and growth opportunities
Lead content capture and production across the business
Drive community management and audience engagement
Track KPIs and performance analytics to optimize content, reach, engagement, and growth
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Experience with short-form video production and editing
Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand management skills
Working knowledge of social analytics, platform trends, and content optimization
Creative, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to own projects from strategy through execution
Real estate, lifestyle, or personal brand marketing experience
This is a flexible, hybrid role based around our Fairfax, VA office where attendance at team meetings, events and other content opportunities may be required.
