Senior Digital Media Leader (Hybrid) – Performance & Growth

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Digital & Performance Media Manager in Northern New Jersey with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week). You will own digital media planning, execution, and optimization across paid social, retail media, and programmatic channels.
You will monitor performance, reallocate spend to improve ROAS and growth, and partner with e-commerce teams to optimize Amazon investment while coordinating with brand and creative teams.
