Salary range: $85K - 100K

Bonus: 10% annual

Hybrid 3 days in office

We're partnering with a leading and fast-growing, large manufacturing organization to identify an Internal/External Communications Specialist who will help drive both internal and external communications, promotional initiatives, and brand messaging across the business. This is a newly created, broad-scope role is on a growing and developing team. What You'll Do:

Develop marketing and communications content across multiple parts of the business

Support internal and external communication initiatives

Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and marketing projects

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

Help bring products, people, and company stories to life

What We're Looking For:

Experience at a PR agency highly preferred

Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
