Leading the strategic direction for brand identity and web presence, the full-time remote Staff Brand and Web Designer will define multi-year brand platforms, oversee major web initiatives, and collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure cohesive brand communication across all channels.
Key responsibilities
Set multi-year brand direction and build a tokenized design system for consistency across marketing and product surfaces
Lead major web initiatives including site re-architecture, design system adoption, and performance optimization
Direct vendor and agency partners while orchestrating integrated launches across web, events, and content
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in brand and web design with a portfolio demonstrating strategic leadership
Proven ability to set organizational brand direction and governance
Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GenAI design tools
Working knowledge of CMS platforms and modern web standards
Experience leading major web initiatives with measurable results
