Alia is a popup and engagement platform built for Shopify and e-commerce brands helping merchants grow their email and SMS lists and drive more revenue from their existing traffic. We were bootstrapped to $10M+ ARR and 4,000+ merchant customers before being acquired by Dotdigital, a global marketing automation leader. We’re now scaling as part of a bigger platform, with the speed and hustle of a startup team.
The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to help scale Alia’s visibility and growth. You'll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life across content, social media, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, product launches, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure to B2B SaaS marketing while making a meaningful impact at a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do Manage Alia’s social media presence including content planning, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting
Create content across blogs, social media, sales enablement, and other marketing channels
Support product launches by coordinating messaging, campaign assets, website updates, and cross-functional execution
Execute marketing campaigns across content, partner, lifecycle, and product marketing initiatives
Help plan and execute partner marketing initiatives, including webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships
Help build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve customer engagement and product adoption
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for optimization
What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, or digital marketing
Strong writing and communication skills with experience creating content across multiple channels
Experience managing social media for a brand, including content planning, copywriting, publishing, and reporting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A creative eye for design and brand consistency
Comfortable working with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in ecommerce, Shopify, AI, or marketing technology is a plus
