Senior Civil 3D Design Lead - Hybrid Role

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Civil CADD Designer to strengthen our Civil Graphics team in a hybrid role. You will lead construction drawings for utility projects, using Civil 3D for surface modeling, alignments, and site grading, while ensuring high-quality contract documents and adherence to standards.
You will mentor junior staff, participate in design reviews, and support permitting and client interactions as needed. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.
