Key responsibilities
Develop original, social-first concepts based on brand objectives and audience insights
Create and edit high-quality short-form video content, managing the process from scripting to final delivery
Establish and execute the visual direction for content, providing guidance to collaborators on aesthetic elements
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in content creation or video production
Strong portfolio showcasing concept development and hands-on creation of social-first content
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere or comparable video editing software
Experience shooting and editing short-form video for platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of social trends, platform behaviors, and emerging content formats
