The Antwi Group is seeking a creative, technically skilled, and dependable

Videographer / Camera Operator

to join our Content & Media Production Department.
Working under the direction of the

Director / Manager of Content & Media Production and Producer / Production Manager , the Videographer / Camera Operator will capture professional video content for The Antwi Group and its businesses.
Projects may include promotional videos, artist content, interviews, social media content, corporate media, music-related productions, events, behind-the-scenes content, advertising materials, recruitment media, and other approved productions.
The successful candidate should possess strong camera-operating abilities, knowledge of composition and lighting, technical understanding of professional video equipment, creative visual judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities

Operate professional video cameras during assigned productions.
Capture high-quality video according to approved creative and technical requirements.
Work with producers and creative personnel to understand project objectives.
Review scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production briefs before shoots.
Prepare camera equipment before production.
Select appropriate cameras, lenses, support equipment, and accessories.
Configure resolution, frame rate, shutter, exposure, white balance, picture profiles, and other camera settings.
Maintain consistent exposure, focus, composition, and image quality.
Set up and operate tripods, monopods, stabilizers, sliders, and other approved camera-support systems.
Assist with lighting setup when assigned.
Coordinate with Audio Engineering or production-sound personnel regarding audio requirements.
Monitor recordings during production for technical problems.
Capture interviews, performances, events, promotional material, and other assigned content.
Follow approved shot lists while identifying additional useful coverage when appropriate.
Capture establishing shots, detail shots, B-roll, and other supporting footage.
Maintain organized camera media throughout production.
Label and transfer recorded media according to established procedures.
Verify recorded media before cards or storage devices are cleared for reuse.
Coordinate footage handoff to post-production personnel.
Maintain production notes when required.
Assist with camera-equipment inventory and maintenance.
Report damaged, malfunctioning, or missing equipment promptly.
Maintain professional behavior around artists, clients, employees, talent, and production partners.
Follow company confidentiality, safety, and production procedures.
Protect unreleased footage and other confidential media.
Camera Operation

The Videographer / Camera Operator should be comfortable working with:

Qualifications

Degree, diploma, certificate, professional training, or equivalent practical experience in Film, Cinematography, Video Production, Media Production, Broadcasting, or a related field preferred.
Professional or substantial practical experience operating video cameras.
Strong understanding of camera settings and exposure.
Strong composition and visual-storytelling abilities.
Understanding of lenses and focal lengths.
Knowledge of lighting fundamentals.
Ability to maintain accurate focus and exposure.
Understanding of professional video formats and frame rates.
Ability to work effectively with production crews and talent.
