What's the Job?

Lead the end-to-end production of low-funnel assets, including macro photography, educational stills, before/afters, and wear-tests to showcase product efficacy and textures.

Oversee video production focused on routines and efficacy demonstrations, ensuring content aligns with social media trends and brand voice.

Integrate innovative AI-driven technology for product visualization and advanced demos to maintain industry leadership in digital beauty.

Manage on-set activities, directing the shoot schedule, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Coordinate post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of polished assets for global campaigns and product launches.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in content production, creative agency, or brand-side beauty content creation.

Deep understanding of makeup application, formula textures, and visual storytelling within the beauty industry.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex shot lists and product logistics efficiently.

Interest or experience with AI tools for content enhancement and product visualization.

Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
