Account Executive, Contract Accounting & Finance
Location: Irvine, CA | Hybrid or Remote

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000+ base salary, plus commission and bonus

The Opportunity
Cura Search is partnering with a growing staffing firm to hire an Account Executive focused on Contract Accounting & Finance .

The firm has approximately 50 employees and an established Accounting & Finance practice with a strong direct-hire business. They are now looking for an experienced staffing sales professional to help expand the contract and temporary side of the division.

This is a business development-focused role with strong internal support. A dedicated marketing and outreach team helps generate activity and run LinkedIn campaigns, while a delivery manager provides recruiting support once new job orders are secured. This allows the Account Executive to focus on what they do best: building client relationships, developing accounts, and generating revenue.

What You'll Do

Develop new Accounting & Finance staffing clients

Expand relationships within existing accounts

Generate contract and temporary Accounting & Finance job orders

Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders

Identify opportunities to expand contract staffing within established direct-hire accounts

Partner with the delivery team to successfully fill new job orders

Manage and grow a consistent book of business

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and active clients

What We're Looking For

2-4+ years of staffing industry experience, ideally within contract or temporary Accounting & Finance staffing

Proven success developing new staffing business and generating job orders

Experience selling Accounting & Finance talent across multiple levels

Relationship-driven approach to business development

Strong understanding of the contract staffing sales cycle

Motivated by commission, revenue growth, and consistent production

Comfortable developing both new and existing accounts

Full authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
