Sales Account Manager

About The Role
You will open the conversations this desk funds: working lists and inbound enquiries, getting owners on the phone, qualifying them, and handing the ones worth a closer's time straight over. The person on the other end of the phone is the business owner taking the funding.

What you will do

Work inbound and outbound leads and qualify merchants against our guidelines

Collect the file - application, statements, stips - and get it to underwriting clean

Present offers, handle the objections that come with them, and close

Stay on your funded merchants for renewals

Keep your pipeline honest in your CRM

What we are looking for

A few years selling MCA, small business funding, or another phone-based finance product

Comfort on the phone with owners who have been called by ten shops this week

The discipline to work a pipeline rather than only the hot deals
