Mirage, an AI-native video platform, seeks an experienced Product Design leader to head and scale the design function at our NYC HQ. You will set vision and quality, mentor a team of designers, and partner with exec, Product, and Engineering to shape strategy and bring ambitious ideas to life.
As a small, collaborative team, you will own design across product surfaces, define interaction paradigms for AI-native video creation, and build the systems and culture needed for outstanding work.
