Programmatic Recruitment Campaign Lead

Veritone, Inc. is seeking a data-driven professional to design, launch, and manage programmatic recruitment campaigns across job media networks. You will optimize monthly ad spend, monitor CPC/CPA, and perform ongoing A/B testing to improve applicant engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities include QA of live campaigns, analyzing large data sets for actionable insights, and communicating recommendations to clients and internal teams. A background in online advertising is preferred.
