Graphic Design Support

DVF is looking for a Graphic Design Support team member to join our Marketing team on a temporary, part-time basis (3 to 4 days per week). This is a hands‑on production role for a recent graduate who can work within established brand codes and deliver high-quality digital assets at pace.
Hourly, 3-month fixed term with possibility of renewal
3 to 4 days per week, in office, hours flexed to business needs
Rate: $28 to $30/hr
Key responsibilities Design and produce digital marketing assets across e-commerce, email, paid social, and organic social, including homepage and landing page graphics, email campaigns, banners, and site content updates
Support the setup and delivery of digital marketing assets, resizing and adapting creative to platform specifications and handing off final files to the E-commerce and Marketing teams
Create seasonal marketing assets and contribute to event, PR, and campaign projects
Assist with video editing and motion graphics for seasonal campaigns and social content
Provide support for art direction during lookbook, e-commerce, and email shoots
Support Visual Merchandising with in-store visual assets and signage
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables in line with DVF brand codes, voice, and aesthetic
Organize and maintain the digital asset library and design files
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; recent graduates with relevant internship or freelance experience encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience designing for digital channels (email, web, social) and adapting assets across formats
Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including digital and e-commerce examples
