Leading the visual design direction across complex digital products, the full-time remote Visual Design Lead will guide design vision from concept through execution, ensuring high standards of visual quality and consistency while mentoring design teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities
Lead and mentor visual designers, providing creative direction throughout the design process
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components
Translate product goals into cohesive, high-quality visual experiences while ensuring consistency and accessibility
Required qualifications
5-8+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms
Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams and establishing design standards
Strong expertise in building and evolving scalable Design Systems
Experience collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams on complex product ecosystems
Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles
