Step Mobile in San Mateo is seeking a Social Media Content Lead to be the face of the brand on camera. You will develop, create, and produce our content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, while expanding Step’s presence and connecting with audiences worldwide. The role blends creative storytelling with analytics: own end-to-end content, spot emerging trends, produce and edit platform-native videos, and drive growth through data-driven optimization across channels.
