Aspiring Community Manager in Training: Lead & Engage

YES Communities is seeking a Community Manager-In-Training to support Regional Manager across multiple manufactured housing communities. You will learn to lead operations, including rent collection, marketing, leasing, and safety decisions, while developing strong resident relations and team leadership.
You will travel to communities, assist in recruitment and training, and help maintain budget controls and asset protection under supervision.
