Overview
The Web Experience Designer builds and designs websites that don't just look beautiful—they perform. They combine design sensibility with UX/UI principles and collaborate with developers to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, wireframe, and design websites tailored to brand goals

Optimize designs for speed, SEO, and conversion

Work with developers to ensure functionality meets the creative vision

Conduct user testing and iterate based on data/feedback

Stay current with design and tech trends

Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS systems (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)

Strong eye for typography, spacing, and modern design

Balance between aesthetics and business outcomes
