Analyze performance data to understand what converts, what resonates, and where to improve
Stay current on platform updates, tools, algorithms, and audience behavior — then translate insights into action
Bring forward fresh campaign, content, and platform ideas that help PESI reach the right audience with education that makes an impact
What You Bring

Hands-on paid social experience, including ad platforms, budgets, testing, and performance analysis
Strong organic social planning, scheduling, and community management skills for professional audiences
Experience working with external content partners, speakers, subject-matter experts, or creator partners
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative, collaborative, and self-driven approach
Curiosity about social platforms, tools, and trends — with the ability to turn what you learn into clear next steps
Nice to Have
Experience with behavioral health or event marketing
