Entry Level Account Manager

We are hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join our Cincinnati team. This position focuses on customer engagement, brand representation, and sales support inside partnered retail locations and local promotional event settings. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, wants hands-on experience in sales and marketing, and is interested in developing leadership and account management skills over time.

Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally inside retail partner locations

Speak with customers face-to-face about current products, services, and promotions

Help customers understand available options and answer questions

Support customer sign-ups, product education, and campaign goals

Assist with daily sales and marketing campaign activity

Work with team leaders to improve communication, customer service, and sales skills

Learn basic account management, team coordination, and campaign support responsibilities

Maintain a positive and professional presence during events

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable working in person with customers

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

Must be able to work on-site in the Lombard area
