Assistant Account Executive

Noun is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our NYC team. The role will support at least three culture and sports centric, Fortune 100 global brands, with the opportunity to work across Noun’s dynamic roster of brand clients. The ideal candidate will have completed internship(s) and/or has up to two years of influencer marketing, talent and/or digital experience at either agencies or in-house, and has a finger on the pulse of social, sports and culture (Music, Film, TV, Fashion & Art).

ABOUT THE ROLE
PRIMARY responsibilities

Conduct cultural deep dives & research to support client programs

Assist in identifying influencer partners & opportunities for client(s)

Work closely with influencer partners & lead coordination of logistics for partnerships & programs

Develop & sustain excellent working relationships with all influencer partners, contracted vendors etc.

Lead development of reporting to share best-in-class work with clients, prep & recap statuses, memos and more in support of accounts

Lead overall program organization from documents, content saving, and budget

Support team leads with various administrative duties

SECONDARY responsibilities

Assist in developing creative concepts & strategies for large scale programs, activations & more

Consistently stay up to date on news & trends impacting clients and relevant industries

Support overall management of client account(s)

ABOUT YOU

You have some experience through internships and/or a full time role at agencies or in-house on a brand marketing/ PR/ Experiential team

You have a true passion for influencer marketing and culture

You are very detail oriented & organized

You thrive on working with tight deadlines & can easily juggle and prioritize your to-do list

You have awesome written & verbal communication skills

You have numbers & budget skills

You are the ultimate team player & look for ways to help out and know there is no job too big or too small to do well

You are based in the NYC region

THIS ROLE IS NYC BASED AND THE POSITION IS MOSTLY REMOTE, BUT WILL REQUIRES 2X DAY IN-OFFICE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY ATTENDANCE FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS WITH PERIODIC TRAVEL.
