Short-Form Creative Producer (Ideation and Development)

We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Short-Form Creative Producer to develop content for a well-known social media creator with a large audience across multiple platforms.

This is not just an “ideas” role. We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into shoot-ready concepts .

What your daily output should look like:

5 strong content ideas with specific hooks

2–3 scripts ready to shoot

Visual/content references + a clear explanation of why the concept or format could work

Props and location requirements

A production plan at least one week ahead

How we’ll measure success:
Not by how many ideas you generate, but by how many of those ideas pur influencer can realistically shoot tomorrow.

We’re looking for someone who understands short-form storytelling, internet culture, trends, hooks, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling.
