UI/UX Developer Job at Designer Jobs in Washington

Join Procentrix in Washington, DC to build user experiences and interface designs across public-facing and internal applications.

Responsibilities

Own the approach and implementation of

user experience (UX)

and

interface design standards

for public-facing and internal business applications

Collaborate with the

product manager

to align to the client vision and the end user needs

Optimize online user experience components for

usability ,

accessibility , and

consistent visual design

Design, deliver, and communicate creative solutions that address the

specific needs

of end users

Act as an integrated member of

Agile

application development teams using

Microsoft Cloud technologies

including Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Azure

Requirements

BS

and a minimum of

5 years

of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services

Strong knowledge of

information architecture ,

design thinking ,

workflow design , and

accessibility standards

Working knowledge of prototyping tools such as

Figma ,

Sketch ,

Adobe XD , etc.

Working knowledge of user research methodologies and tools including

user interviews ,

A/B testing ,

Usertesting.com , and

Miro

Ability to conduct user research and extract, then document meaningful user insights

Portfolio of professional UI/UX work for

web

and

mobile

platforms

End-to-end product design

Experience producing design artifacts and deliverables such as

site maps ,

user journeys ,

user personas ,

wireframes , and

high-fidelity clickable prototypes

Knowledge of current front-end standards:

HTML

and

CSS

Ability to

understand and communicate design

to the project team

Capability to develop and conceptualize a comprehensive

UI/UX design strategy

Experience with one or more Microsoft technologies:

Power Platform ,

Dynamics 365 ,

SharePoint , and/or

Azure DevOps

Experience applying

Agile Development Methodology

$120,000 - $145,000

annualized (USD)
