What You Will Be Doing
Setting up new customer websites and hosting accounts
Creating and managing content through WordPress
Helping customers setup and configure email programs
Meeting with customers about their website or hosting service
Working with customers to gather and optimize their content
Assisting customers with making changes to their website
Following up with customers about their website's progress
Optimizing customer-supplied content for search engines
Formatting customers' content with HTML and CSS
Creating and managing social media accounts for customers
What You Bring
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience working with WordPress
Proficient with social networking sites
Experience with image editing software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multi-task
