Key responsibilities
Serve as a strategic and technical resource for the team, providing mentorship and guidance on complex client engagements
Own the configuration, maintenance, and oversight of Slate Deliver campaigns, including email builds and reporting
Lead communication flow strategy for high-profile clients, leveraging data to optimize campaign performance
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent life/work experience
At least 3 years of intermediate to advanced experience in Technolutions Slate CRM, particularly in the Deliver module
Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education
Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and mentor peers
Deep knowledge of enrollment communications strategy, campaign reporting, and segmentation
