Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end beauty content production, from pre-production and shoot briefs through final delivery.
Manage product sourcing, logistics, launch timing, production readiness, and on-set run of show.
Provide hands-on creative oversight of lighting, makeup application, product presentation, and overall asset quality.
Coordinate retouching, editing, approvals, and final asset delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Troubleshoot production issues, manage shifting priorities, and evaluate AI tools for content enhancement and product visualization.
Requirements

Experience in content production, creative agencies, or brand-side beauty production.
Strong knowledge of makeup application, beauty products, and formula textures.
Proven ability to manage production from concept through final delivery, including high-volume concurrent projects.
Highly organized project manager with strong problem-solving, communication, and deadline-management skills.
Comfortable leading production sets and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners; interest in or experience with AI content tools.
