Founded in 1919 as Phototype, and rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company, focused first on caring for people. We believe that by valuing our employees, they in turn are inspired to champion our clients and the brands they bring to life. We have a variety of services which help CPG clients engage consumers through graphic design and execution. Our services begin in conceptual brand strategy and design, then flow through adaptive design all the way to the production of color accurate and regulatory/retailer compliant physical and digital touch points. There are over 450 of us across the US, Europe, and Asia.
The Senior Brand Leader partners with various Olberding Brand Family teams to support our clients in helping to market the brands they produce, and consumers have come to love.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage project teams to ensure that the client needs are delivered on brief, aligned with brand standards, within budget and in assigned timeline
Strong contributor to account supervision with management of company procedures, ability to identify and influence areas of improvement within project workflow and partner with creatives to deliver strategic opportunities to grow the business
Demonstrate mastery of project management skills in creating, monitoring and tracking projects. Should be able to handle the following tasks with minimal to no supervision: Create estimates
Maintain accurate schedules and budget records
Track project versus budget
Process billing to our internal finance department

Demonstrates strong business writing skills and develop the ability to write the following documents with minimal to no edits: Conference reports
Status reports
Research summaries
Competitive analysis

Demonstrate understanding of client’s business and competitive landscape
Build client communication skills and demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of client interaction
Qualifications Include:
BS or BA in Marketing, Advertising, or similar degree preferred
8+ years’ experience branding, advertising or marketing
Consumer product company knowledge or experience
Agency experience preferred
Proficient level in Microsoft Office software
