We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Creative team across packaging, digital marketing, product launches, campaigns, and other day-to-day design needs.

This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is eager to grow within an in-house creative team and

enjoys both design and production work. You’ll work closely with our senior designers and Creative Director to help get projects off the ground by setting up Figma files, establishing initial layouts, organizing assets, building out existing design systems, and preparing foundational creative.

A significant part of this role will also support our packaging workflow, partnering closely with our design

team to help manage packaging files, execute updates and revisions, prepare production-ready artwork, and keep packaging projects organized as they move through multiple rounds of development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Design & Creative Support

• Set up and organize Figma files at the beginning of projects, including pages, frames, grids,

components, references, assets, and initial layouts.

• Build foundational design directions and layouts based on established brand guidelines, creative

direction, and existing design systems.

• Take approved creative concepts and extend them across additional sizes, formats, placements,

and deliverables.

• Create production-ready variations of existing creative for digital marketing, paid social, email, web,

retail, Amazon, and other channels.

• Source and organize imagery, product assets, references, and other materials needed to begin

design projects.

• Prepare presentation decks, mood boards, mockups, and other visual materials to support the

Creative team.

• Make revisions based on feedback from senior designers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

Packaging & Product Design Support

• Work closely with senior designers to support the development and maintenance of product

packaging.

• Set up packaging files using supplied dielines, specifications, existing templates, and established

brand systems.

• Execute packaging updates including copy changes, product specifications, claims, callouts, colors,

imagery, and other revisions.

• Manage versioning and organization of packaging files across multiple products, SKUs, and rounds

of revisions.

• Keep working files organized and clearly labeled so the team can easily identify the most current

version.

• Prepare final artwork and production files under the guidance of senior designers.

• Help track packaging feedback and ensure requested revisions are accurately reflected in design

files.

• Partner with the Creative and Product Development teams to gather the assets, information, and

specifications needed to complete packaging updates.

• Flag missing or conflicting information to the appropriate team member before files move forward.

Production & File Organization

• Build out approved designs across multiple sizes, SKUs, products, and channels.

• Prepare and export final creative assets according to channel specifications.

• Maintain clean, organized Figma files and shared creative assets.

• Follow established naming conventions, file structures, and version-control processes.

• Help organize photography, product renders, packaging assets, logos, icons, and other frequently

used creative resources.

• Look for opportunities to create templates and systems that make repetitive design work faster and

more consistent.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Creative, Product Development/Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams.

• Participate in project kickoffs and reviews to understand project goals, deliverables, and feedback.

• Help ensure information provided by cross-functional teams is accurately translated into creative

files.

• Communicate questions, missing information, or potential issues early rather than allowing them to

create delays later in the process.

• Manage multiple assignments at once while communicating clearly about workload, priorities, and

deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance, agency, or in-house

experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, or

equivalent professional experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, particularly when working with complex files and multiple

rounds of revisions.

• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and design systems.

• Comfortable with production-oriented design work in addition to more conceptual assignments.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when direction or information is

unclear.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Monday.com or other project-management platforms is a plus
