Sweater Design Associate — Shape Seasonal Collections

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an apparel designer to create and develop product for assigned category from concept to finish, while supporting the design team to execute seasonal direction, line plan, and margin adherence.
You will translate design to the customer, prepare design tech packs, and participate in market research, fit sessions, and seasonal reviews, collaborating with internal partners to ensure the collection reflects brand positioning and market trends.
