Forbes Advisor is seeking a Sr. CRM Associate to help build and deliver lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels. You’ll work with the CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to schedule campaigns, set up journeys, and ensure on-time, high-quality sends. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in lifecycle/CRM for a D2C or comparison business, strong organizational skills, and comfort with data. Braze experience is a plus; reporting via Tableau is common.
