In-House Video Creative Lead

Hims & Hers seeks a Creative Lead to spearhead our new in-house video arm for paid social. Based in Los Angeles, you’ll direct shoots, shape visual direction, and deliver high-impact campaigns at scale across both brands, Hims and Hers.
You’ll partner with a Strategist to translate concepts into visual stories, manage on-set teams, and oversee post-production to ensure fast, high-quality outputs. This role blends craft with strategic execution in a fast-moving team.
