Providing support to consumers, the part-time hourly Bilingual Communications Specialist will answer incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish, offering knowledgeable responses and assistance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for assistance and provide courteous responses to inquiries
Conduct scripted interviews to determine needs and enter information into a Windows-based database
Escalate issues from dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels while maintaining professionalism
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a high-speed internet connection
