Creative Lead, Artist Experiences

Seeking a Creative Lead, Artist Experiences, Growth & Operations, this full-time remote position will manage the growth of VAWAA's artist supply by identifying exceptional artists, building relationships, and successfully launching compelling creative experiences.
Key responsibilities

Find and curate exceptional artists by reviewing applications and assessing artistic mastery through video conversations
Build relationships with artists to establish trust, understand motivations, and guide them through the onboarding process
Shape and develop compelling multi-day experiences that balance artistic integrity with guest demand and business viability

Required qualifications

Trained in a design discipline such as architecture, industrial design, or product design with a strong understanding of creative processes
2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment, including roles requiring self-direction and reliable delivery
Experience in relationship management, including outreach, partnerships, or client support
Strong editing skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling content
Highly organized with experience in maintaining a CRM and managing multiple projects simultaneously
