Venture Music, a Nashville-based artist development agency, seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy and day-to-day management for 8–10 artist clients. You'll work within a pod model alongside account leads, media, and creative support.
Reporting to the Social Director, you will shape voice, craft copy, plan campaigns, and drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a hands-on, hybrid Nashville role focused on storytelling and brand growth.
